Pastorates are the building blocks of Woodlands. They provide a place of community and belonging, where you can grow in your faith and develop as a disciple. They have all the benefits of small church but in the context of large church.
Pastorates meet mid-week and are usually made up of around 30 people. They often break down further into Small Groups and Home Groups.

Pastorates
ADH Pastorate
ADH pastorate meets at the community house of ADH (Ashley Down House) in Cotham, and is for people who are part of the extended ADH family to meet for worship and plenty of eating. It’s led by the current household.
Bridge
Bridges get you from one place to another. They help you cross over obstacles and move into new territories. Bridge Pastorate is all about helping people cross bridges in their lives - faith bridges, friendship bridges, mission bridges. It's a great place to get more connected with church.
Brislington
A network of small groups wanting to share the hope and love of Jesus with the Brislington community. Led by Ali Hender. Check out the website www.brislingtonwoodlands.net
Cake and Flake
A group held at Woodlands in the main hall every Wednesday morning during term time. For parents and young children to come and enjoy. Does exactly what the title says!
Daytime Homegroup
Daytime Homegroup meets at Henleaze and Westbury church Hall, Eastfield Road weekly on Fridays during term time from 9.45-11.45am. It’s a place for women to be real and seek God in a friendly environment. There is opportunity to 'go deeper' in worship, Bible study and prayer ministry, in a safe place where use of gifts is actively encouraged. Children are welcome and there is a crèche available to care for them as required. Women from any of the congregations are welcome.
